Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the company and members regarding the use of the website and related services operated by 1DAY1PIANO (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:
1. "Service" refers to all related services of 1DAY1PIANO that "Members" can use regardless of the device (including PC, mobile devices, etc.).
2. "Member" refers to a customer who accesses the Company's "Service," enters into a user agreement with the "Company" in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and uses the "Service" provided by the "Company."
3. "Content" refers to all digital goods such as video courses, e-books, and sheet music provided by the Company.

Article 3 (Specification and Revision of Terms)

1. The Company shall post the contents of these Terms and Conditions on the initial service screen or a linked screen so that members can easily understand them.
2. The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

Article 4 (Conclusion of User Agreement)

1. The user agreement is concluded when a person who wishes to become a "Member" (hereinafter "Applicant") agrees to the contents of the terms and conditions, applies for membership, and the "Company" accepts the application.
2. The "Company" accepts the application for the use of the "Service" by the "Applicant" as a general rule.

Article 5 (Provision and Change of Service)

1. The Company provides video streaming services and digital content download services to members.
2. The Company may change all or part of the "Service" being provided according to operational and technical needs.

Article 6 (Payment and Refund)

1. Members can purchase paid content through the payment methods provided by the Company.
2. The refund policy for standard video courses is as follows:
  A. A full refund is possible if the progress rate is 0% within 7 days of the payment date.
  B. If 7 days have passed since the payment date but the progress rate is 0%, a refund will be issued after deducting a 10% penalty.
  C. If the progress rate is 30% or less, a refund will be issued after a 30% deduction.
  D. If the progress rate is strictly between 30% and 50%, a refund will be issued after a 50% deduction.
  E. No refunds are available if the progress rate is 50% or more.
3. The refund policy for the Lifetime Free Pass is as follows:
  A. A full refund is possible if no course has been played within 7 days of the payment date.
  B. If a course has been played or 7 days have passed, deductions apply: Payment Amount - 10% penalty - (total list price of courses taken) - (daily usage fee). Due to the nature of the Free Pass, taking even one course may result in a large deduction, leaving no refundable amount.
4. Downloadable digital contents such as e-books (PDFs) and sheet music are non-refundable once downloaded, under the Electronic Commerce Act.

Article 7 (Ownership of Copyright and Restriction of Use)

1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the works created by the Company belong to the Company.
2. Members shall not use the information obtained by using the service for profit or non-profit purposes by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods without the Company's prior consent, nor allow third parties to use it.
3. In case of detecting account sharing or illegal downloads, legal action may be taken according to relevant laws.
